Acquired by Integra Investments in 2012, the Chase Bank Building is a central Downtown Miami office building designed by famed Morris Lapidus. Soaring 14 stories tall, the MiMo-style property features 125,000 square feet of boutique office and retail space ranging from 400 to 9,500 square feet.
Upon acquisition, Integra Investments engaged in extensive renovation of the interior and exterior to reposition the asset. It successfully extended the office building’s rentable area via an innovative expansion of the facade, yielding a 10 percent increase in leasable space per floor.
With its operating partner, Integra Investments subsequently converted the building to office condominiums in 2014, resulting in the successful disposition of the building to individual investors.
The Chase Bank Building currently serves as the headquarters for Integra Investments.
