With its diverse partnerships, Integra Marinas strategically deploys capital across the marina sector with a focus on owning and operating high-performing assets.

Integra Build serves as Integra Investments’ in-house construction vertical. As the General Contractor for Integra’s market-rate and affordable multifamily housing, and select office and mixed-use developments across Florida, Integra Build delivers the highest standard of product, built on time and under budget. Adding to Integra’s multifaceted team, Integra Build’s estimating expertise provides hands-on guidance from early design assistance to buy-out and contract execution. Its extensive subcontractor and vendor network, along with its direct material purchasing model allows Integra Build to leverage volume and ensure the delivery of high-quality product at the best cost.

As Integra Investments’ Affordable and Workforce housing business vertical, Interurban’s mission is to develop high-quality housing that empowers residents and elevates neighborhoods. Interurban’s developments serve low-income and moderate-income households and include market leading community spaces, unit finishes, features and amenities. The approach to housing development is beyond bricks and mortar, with a significant focus on identifying submarkets with substantial housing needs, serving premium locations near mass transit and neighborhood services, incorporating uplifting public art, and activating resident programming.
