Integra Investments partnered with Starwood Capital to develop Miami Beach’s first, premier ‘Class A’ office building in decades – 2340 Collins Avenue.

Set out to create a new, luxury standard for Miami Beach offices, the 144,430-square-foot, six-story building was completed in December 2021.

Designed by internationally recognized architectural firm Gensler, with interiors by Clive Lonstein, the high profile, landmark project utilizes green spaces, water elements, and abundant natural light to accommodate the new era of modern work life.

The office suites are 100 percent leased, with Starwood Capital and Starwood Property Trust occupying approximately 50 percent of the available square footage. Other signed tenants include a high-profile roster of family offices, financial service firms, private equity funds, media, and venture capital companies.

Integra Investments’ partnership with Starwood welcomes a new wave of best-in-class design standards that promotes tenant connectivity with collaborative spaces, seamlessly extending the workplace outside.
