Designed by a renowned team led by Arquitectonica, the project will feature class A office (approximately 240,000 square feet), retail, parking, and a rooftop restaurant and terrace. Located on a full city block directly off Interstate 195, 3601 will stand out as the first building that is seen when entering the Design District, Midtown, and Wynwood and will provide easy commuter access to all of Miami and Miami Beach.
The project fills a gap in a submarket with limited Class A office inventory and will complement the surrounding area filled with Miami’s finest F&B, arts, and shops.
Integra Investments, along with partners LNDMRK Development and Tricap, acquired the land in 2022.
