Located in the Upper Florida Keys in Islamorada, Angler House Marina is a premium full-service marina featuring 30 wet slips, a robust charter fishing operation and social members club. Integra Investments acquired the under-optimized asset and the contiguous Islamorada Marina in 2014, following Hurricane Irma.
Capitalizing on its deep expertise as a marina owner and operator, Integra Investment’s strategically invested millions in upgrades to revitalize the property and augment its performance as a world-class marina. Improvements included new outdoor dry racks, building a large tiki and resort-style pool, landscaping, and stabilizing a social member’s club operation.
In 2021, Integra Investments sold the asset in a joint deal with Islamorada Marina to Safe Harbor Marinas. Integra Marinas successfully executed its business plan to add value through redevelopment and hands-on property management resulting in above-market returns.
