Biscayne Shores is a prime waterfront asset fronting Biscayne Boulevard on 112th street, just north of the Miami Shores neighborhood of Miami. The site was acquired by Integra Investments, along with co-development partners Korgeous Group and DCL Capital, in 2020 with plans to build a multifamily community in a highly desirable location.

Spanning 8.2-acres, the development will introduce 288 luxury apartment residences in a 15-story tower, along with 92 luxury rental townhomes. Units will consist of studios to three-bedrooms with more than 15,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities, along with a waterfront pool on Biscayne Bay.

The project vision will capitalize on its waterfront location and limited luxury rental inventory in the submarket. Residences will have unparalleled access to Biscayne Bay, with plans to rebuild the property’s seawall and construct floating docks for easy access to kayak and paddle board in the bay.
