As one of the only true, turn-key marina real estate developers, the team strategically deployed millions in major upgrades to transform the property and maximize its performance as a premier boating destination. The marina enhancements included new outdoor dry racks, overhauling the docks and wet slips, landscape, and securing an onsite restaurant operated by Square Grouper.
In 2021, Integra Investments sold the asset to Safe Harbor Marinas. This marked the first marina disposition for Integra Investment’s business vertical Integra Marinas. The successful repositioning and sale are a testament to Integra Investments strategic approach to marina asset turnarounds in high-barrier-to-entry markets.
