In 2019, Integra Investments engaged in a joint venture with Spottswood Companies to acquire Stock Island Yacht Club & Marina. The asset features 22 acres of waterfront upland and submerged land located on Stock Island, immediately north of Key West. It is the largest dry stack marina in the Lower Keys, and one of the southernmost commercial marinas in the continental U.S.

Completed in 2008, the marina features 101 wet slips, 360 indoor dry racks; the class-A hurricane-rated marina boasts a clubhouse with a restaurant and pool, rental accommodations, event space for weddings and a private beach.

With Key West positioned as one of the strongest hotel markets, the location is primed for additional development, and following an extensive rezoning and entitlement effort, the property is now approved for a new 148-key destination resort to accompany the marina. The marina portion of the development was sold in 2024.
