Cory Yeffet

Cory Yeffet, born and raised in Miami, serves as a Principal at Integra Investments, where he leads investment strategy, acquisitions, capital markets, investment management, and dispositions across the diverse range of asset classes Integra invests in.

With a deep understanding of and passion for real estate, Cory has been instrumental in driving Integra’s growth, playing a key role behind some of the firm’s most notable endeavors, including the Integra Marinas platform, the St. Regis Residences Miami, and Wrecker’s Cay Apartments in Key West. Since joining the firm, he has been involved in over $2 billion of transactions, contributing to the firm’s reputation as a leader in the industry.

Prior to joining Integra, Cory worked for Deloitte Consulting’s Real Estate and Location Strategy group in Washington, D.C.

Cory earned a Master of Science in Real Estate, as well as bachelor’s degrees in business economics and political science from the University of Florida. While there, he served as Student Body President and a member of the Board of Trustees. Cory is involved in several community organizations, including the Greater Miami Jewish Federation and the Urban Land Institute.
