Jake Morrow leads Integra Investment’s affordable and workforce housing development division, Interurban. Jake has overseen ground-up development projects with a combined cost basis of over $500 million, which include over 1,000 multi-family units utilizing LIHTC and tax-exempt bond financing, ultra-luxury condominium product, and mixed-use private club and residential development. Prior to Integra, Jake held senior positions at Atlantic Pacific Communities, Aria Development Group, and QueensFort Capital Corporation. Jake earned a B.A. from University of Vermont, a J.D. from Quinnipiac University, and an LL.M. in Real Property Development from University of Miami, where he graduated first in his class.
