Luis Fernando leads Integra Investment’s finances, with experience in strategic and financial planning, capital structure, debt and equity management, mergers & acquisitions, valuation and investor relations. Prior to Integra Investments, he was co-founder and chief financial officer of Bossa Nova Sotheby’s International Realty, the Brazilian franchise of the prestigious real estate brokerage; he also worked for several Brazilian and multinational companies in diverse sectors. Luis earned a Master’s in Business Administration in Finance from Insper and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Escola Politecnica de USP, both in São Paulo, Brazil. He also completed the Commercial & Real Estate Analysis and Investment program from MIT.
