Matt Scarola

Matt Scarola leads the acquisitions, financing, and asset management efforts for the Integra multifamily investment portfolio. Prior to Integra, Matt was a Principal at WeldenField where he helped establish and oversee the multifamily investment strategy for the firm. Since 2018, he acquired and managed over 2,000 multifamily units and 18 assets across the southeast US. Matt also worked in Investment Sales at Newmark in South Florida, in loan underwriting at Ladder Capital Finance and in Real Estate Advisory at EY in New York. Matt received both his Master of Science in Real Estate and bachelor’s degree in finance at the University of Florida.
