Selma Rabelo

Selma Rabelo brings over 20 years of international experience in business development, real estate, design, and construction to her role at Integra Investments. At Integra Investments, she leads the full development cycle, from entitlements through design, construction, and handover to Property Management.

In the U.S., Selma has successfully developed and delivered more than 4,500 multifamily units across Florida, Georgia, and Texas, many utilizing standardized and prefabricated construction systems to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Over the course of her global career, she has played a key role in high-profile developments throughout the United States and Latin America. As Director of Development at Odebrecht, she led the $2 billion revenue, mixed-use, landmark City Park project in São Paulo, a 21-acre, 6.4 million sq. ft. LEED-certified mixed-use project featuring residential, office, retail, and hospitality, including a Four Seasons Hotel.

A strong advocate for sustainable urbanism, Selma was also a member of the Climate Positive Program, a global initiative led by U.S. Green Building Council, the C40 Cities, and the Clinton Foundation.

She holds a Master’s in Finance from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, an MBA in Construction Technology and Management from the University of São Paulo (USP), a Bachelor’s in Architecture and Urbanism from (UFBA), and a minor in Civil Engineering from the Catholic University.
