Victor Ballestas

Victor Ballestas, a Miami native, has maintained a presence in real estate for most of his professional life. At Integra Investments, he focuses on managing and enhancing business development and spearheads the development and marketing visions for company projects, from conceptualization to delivery.

Victor is a recognized industry leader with a deep understanding of diverse asset classes. He began his career at WCI Communities and rose to Division President of the east coast, where he acquired and administered more than 15 ultra-luxury high rises in less than 10 years.  Victor also managed the southeast division of private equity investment fund Wheelock Street Capital, investing in real estate opportunities during the last distressed real estate cycle.

In 2009, he served as Regional Director for ST Residential, a subsidiary of Starwood Capital, leading the divestiture of its Corus portfolio, including more than 3,600 boom-era condominiums within 13 projects in South Florida.

Victor earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Florida International University and a master’s degree in Real Estate Finance from the University of Florida.
