Integra Investments, in partnership with 13th Floor Investments, acquired a 24.2-acre multifamily asset in Key West in 2013. The property consisted of 157 operating townhomes in a gated community for workforce housing.

Located in Key West’s core, in a historic district with architectural significance, Peary Court was built in the early 1990s as Navy housing.

In 2016, the joint venture sold the asset, following substantial income growth and the approval of development rights for an additional 48 workforce housing units.
