Michael Belkin

Michael Belkin co-leads the development division of Integra Investments, with particular focus on condominium, hotel, marina, and mixed-use developments.  In this capacity, Michael is involved in all aspects of development, including planning, design, contract negotiation, sales and marketing, construction, and turnover. He has over 17 years of experience in development, general contracting, and owner’s representation in multi-family, condominium, hotel, retail, and office projects in New York City and South Florida.  Michael has earned a Master’s degree in Construction Management from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University.
